Pam's career in real estate began in 1988 when she was living in Gainesville, FL. She was at Coldwell Banker/M.M. Parrish, down the street from the University of Florida. There she was proud to be with brokers who were past Presidents of the Florida Association of Realtors, who were her personal trainers. She was part of the Chairman's Circle, and won a Personal Best Award.
In Sarasota, Pam re-established her license and focused on her education, getting her GREEN Designation right away, followed by her SSRS, RSPS, and TRC certificate. Pam completed the Graduate Realtor Institute I. She is a member of the Global Business Council (and was previously part of the Women's Council of Realtors and Green Realtors Association). She was with a couple of offices before establishing with Key Solutions. Pam wanted to be with a reputable company (they had an award-winning reputation and earned 5 stars from customers), were most responsive to her needs, friendly, easy-going, and active with the Board of Realtors,
A resident of Sarasota since 1990. Pam was married to a medical professional in the area, She had the luxury to be involved in a variety of organizations. Pam was a member of the Sarasota County Medical Alliance, Sarasota Sailing Squadron, Treasurer of Releaf Sarasota, a member of the Native Plant Society, Secretary for CoSCEP, a Founder and Treasurer of SCRAM and FACT. She served on the Sarasota County Advisory Board for Integrative Pest Management for three years. She acted as Assistant Soccer Coach for the United Soccer League. Pam served as Moderator for the Sarasota Jewish Singles, a Yahoo group, and was Social Coordinator for Movies & Shakers, winning an award for bringing in the most new members. Pam is currently a member of a variety of groups on Facebook that attract people interested in dancing, one of her favorite things and ways to relax.
Pam has had a large variety of other Sarasota life experiences including educational. She studied horticulture at the Sarasota Technical Institute, piloting at Dolphin Aviation, attended classes at Forty Carrots, peer counseling,business and other classes at the Women's Resource Center,and Social Work classes at USF, and graduated with honors as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Keiser University. She has worked with Seniors and with the Developmentally Disabled populations.
Pam has been a long-time student of yoga, studied dance. She has been a patron of the arts, attending concerts, Broadway and other theatre events, dance from ballet to modern, art museums, and comedy at Mc Curdy's (you may have heard her laughing very loudly). Can you tell she was originally a New Yorker? Pam also has a true love of nature and the environment. She has enjoyed traveling,visiting/hiking in National Parks, rock-climbing, spelunking, hunting for fossils, all kinds of boating, the beach, and botanical gardens. Pam was also a volunteer in the past at Selby Gardens.
