Carol Cooper, Broker Associate & REALTOR®
Originally from the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Carol Cooper relocated in 2000 to the Central Gulf Coast to attend college in Tampa. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the International Academy of Design, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2004. After working as an interior designer for several years, she realized that she had more than just an eye for design. She was able to apply her skills and knowledge gained from working on renovations and new construction to real estate. Carol has the ability to see the potential of a property, and as a
result, help her clients find the home of their dreams by looking past “what is” and considering “what could be”. In 2011, Carol became licensed in real estate and later obtained her broker license in 2017.
For the past several years, Carol has worked in both real estate and interior design, successfully completing many residential transactions and also residential design projects in the Sarasota and Tampa Bay areas. These include single family homes and high-rise condominiums, as well as new construction. Her experience with design and knowledge of construction proves to be a valuable and unique asset for her real estate clientele.
One of her unique skills involves the ability to visualize a space and its potential and transfer that vision into realistic sketches and renderings. Often, she will sketch during meetings to communicate ideas and concepts, giving the client an opportunity to see immediately what the space or design could look like.
Carol is a Broker Associate with Key Solutions Real Estate Group, located on Siesta Key in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID #1504085) and is NCIDQ Certified (Certificate #22380).
