Brian Tresidder, Licensed Real Estate Broker
A licensed real estate agent since 2005, Brian Tresidder started Key Solutions in 2011 as the next step in his career. Growing up surrounded by a family of home builders, property managers, and realtors, it’s no surprise that he found himself following in the same direction. Passionate about helping others, Brian is committed to guiding his agents toward reaching—and surpassing—their professional goals. An entrepreneur and leader at heart, he is also passionate about the growth of his company and intends to maintain a strong reputation of being one of the best real estate brokerages in Sarasota.
Outside of the office Brian still tries to have a positive effect on the real estate community. As one of the founding members to the Suncoast Regional Young Professionals network, he has taken on the task to co-chair the communication sub-committee both in 2015 and 2016. In addition, he had the opportunity to co-chair the YPN Realtor Bowling event in 2015 that raised over $10,000 for local charities and RPAC. He also had the privilege of being named the Suncoast Regional YPN Member of the year, was a graduate of the Realtor Association of Sarasota & Manatee Leadership Academy in 2015, and is currently in the Florida Realtors Leadership Academy for 2017.
When not working you can find him enjoying the amazing Sarasota weather while perhaps perusing local waters by boat or meandering about playing golf. He also loves to pick up a guitar and play around when he can, but you can always count on finding him somewhere near the water. Whether it’s boating, enjoying a drink by the shores, or catching a volcanic sunset over the horizon, he loves to spend time at Siesta Key. It is, after all, one of the top beaches in the world!
Brian Tresidder’s ultimate goal in business and life, however, is to help others discover their true potential while finding and living his own. Being around family, friends, and trying to enjoy every moment of life possible and helping others do the same. That’s what really counts.
